It is 4 bolt for sure, and tire sizes will be:

Japanese JDM Tire Spec: 175/65/15 or 195/55/16

US/Canada Tire Spec: not 100% sure, correct me if I am wrong but Edmunds.com says "195/60R15" for the 2010 model.

I just saw some Starburst (aka Ripple) wheel covers on ebay that mimic the headliner and other "ripple" details on the Cube.

Dammit I knew it was going to be as most nissan four lugs are 4x114, but because of this there should be alot of rims to choose from and because of the 240/silvia there should be a lot of oldschool jdm rims floating around waiting to be the first set on a U.S. spec cube.

I installed a set of wheels on my cube a month ago. The bolt pattern is 114 and the lugs are 12x 1.25. Lugs only fit Subaru and Nissan.
