Nissan of Thousand Oaks - Be ware

So I get a letter from XM offering to extend my 3 month trial membership when the time comes.

Wait a minute, my dealer told me I had 1 year complimentary service.

So I call XM as directed in the letter, they verify my membership number and tell me that dealers often say 1 year when its only 3 months.

The dealer, on 2 diff occasions new jack shi%t about the car. In fact, my wife had to read the manual while I was driving to figure out features, etc as the sales person kept saying "ummm, I duno but lemme get back to you". This was on 2 diff occasions mind you.

So, the only thing they claimed to know was a lie.

Well, I just got a Nissan survey in the mail, you better believe I will be forthright on it.

I saw a several youtube vids of very well informed Cube dealerships, why was mine so, well ... un informed to be polite?

I wished I had bought form them but they were outta state.
