Single best way to improve handling?

Allo fello Cubists!

Noticing my Cube struggles a bit during sweeping turns.

Am I better off to do;

1 - Tire and wheel upgrade from the current 16 (Krom edition) to 17 or 18 with the right tires to match. Although I do very much like my wheels furnished with the Krom edition.

or

2 - Shocks and springs.

or

3 - Some kind of rear sway bar or front strut tie bar.
