Default Bluetooth not sure if its car or phone

I am new to the Cube, just got mine the first of March. I have a Nissan approved phone and it will work, when my phone isn't rebooting. When I turn the bluetooth on and get in my car, it is always rebooting, and in order to use the phone I have to pull over and turn the car off just to turn the bluetooth off, and the battery life is awefull. It will read my phonebook when you first install the phone and then it won't read it after that. Anyone have any suggestions?

What kind of phone is it? My Sprint EVO works well. As for turning off the Bluetooth, within the Cube, you should be able to do that when driving.

Hit the phone button on your steering wheel and say, "setup, bluetooth off" and it should turn the car part off.

It is a Verizon Alias 2, and because of the phone rebooting it won't let me hit any buttons. Everytime I would try to turn the phone off it would only make the phone reboot that much sooner. Verizon says its the car and Nissan says it the phone.

Managed to get hold of another phone to try, and found out that it is my phone. I guess now I will be looking for another phone.
