Default How Do You Replace the In Cabin Filter

Hi. I have a 2009 Cube, which I love. When the time comes, I would like to replace the In Cabin Air Filter. I have bought the filter online. If anyone has replaced theirs themselves, would you let me know how its done?

Thanks

Default here's how

I had the same question a few months ago if you scroll down.
Go to this website:How to Replace Nissan Versa Cabin Air Filter | eHow.com
The versa is the same as the cube.
I ordered my filter on ebay. Can't remember which company, but don't buy retail. Way too much $$$$.
In the box of the filter was also directions.
Just watch when you pull the little plastic tab, it will break, ask me.
But, duct tape is a good thing.

First u need to Locate cabin filter access door. It's located on the passenger side footwell. Then u see an access panel with a release tab . Place finger and lift upwards to unlatch door. Remove door to set aside. You Place finger inside access slot. Feel around for a cloth loop attached to the filter that serves to help remove it.Pull filter straight out. The filter is rather large and may take some slight coaxing to remove.
Now that the old filter is removed, replace with new filter. Start by inserting top left corner of new filter first and then compress filter slightly, it should easily go in.Replace access door by inserting top first, then latching bottom. This way u'll not have to bother to go to a dealer who can charge u a bomb for these simple steps.
