I purchased a brand new Cube from Oreagans Nissan in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. From the start nothing but problems and complete refusal to do warrenty work. Champlain Nissan in Moncton replaced the entire front end, neglected to do a wheel alignment, 5 days later the car barrel rolled off of the highway as it lost steering, my wife and 2 daughters rolled 3 times. Not ONE airbag deployed. Since then NISSAN has refused to do anything, no contact and all lies. I WILL NEVER OWN another NISSAN again. It is a completely dangerous car, no dealer can fix any problems (computer problems started after 5 days of ownership.
COMPLETE GARBAGE and UNSAFE vehicle. To any owners, monitor your front end suspension closely if you care about your families, make sure you get ALL paperwork for the times they CAN"T fix it. I have a letter from OREAGANS NISSAN stating that they couldn't fix the rpm sensor but it is safe for my family to drive. It was a complete write off, all glass blew out, roof caved in, hatch flew off, NOT ONE AIRBAG DEPLOYED. This car is JUNK, UNSAFE and completely misrepresented by Nissan.
DO NOT BY ANY NISSAN extended warrenties, they won't even honor their base warrenty. Anyone who wants to see my paperwork is welcome to email me and join my lawsuit.

ok first, a rollover on most vehicles will not set the airbags off, what use are they when they diploy in the first second of a rollover and then they just deflate (thats what airbags do) secondly if that nissan didnt fix it yell at them throw a fit and if they still wont, take your business to a different nissan, all of them have access of your purchase, im sorry that you had a hard time with your buying experience, but come on!

If you read my message you'll see I took it to 2 dealers. I also took it to the regional manager. All wanted nothing to do with it and just said oh, that's too bad. It's a company that's out for dollars and do NOT back their Warrenties nor customers. You'll see when it happens to you. They are pleasant up until there's a problem. I even asked the dealer I purchased it from, "Can you fix all issued with this car as it's 100% made in Japan" they said of course, the first problem, 6 months later still wasn't fixed. They are full of crap and are selling something they have no idea about. After all, it started as a 3cyl in Japan. I'm now happy with my 2010 Kia Soul 4U, fully blown and still cheaper than the scooters pretending to be cars (CUBES). The cube compares to the Kia Souls in NO WAY at all, apples and oranges. I even had the dealer give me the blown version, threw in all rain guards, spare set of tires and still came out $5000 cheaper than the base Cube. It's a piece of garbage, I know. I'm almost embarassed to say I made the mistake of buying the Nissan Pube.

Wow, sorry for that! I really hope they weren't injured badly!

Yeah... the airbags are not supposed to deploy in a roll over. They are "sudden impact" devices, made to protect you from an instant thrust and keep you from hitting the dash, doors, etc. Deployment in a roll over won't help at all.

This is just an emotional statement, certainly not true at all, except the part of you never owning one again. Nissan's are very safe cars...

Sounds like exactly what would happen in any roll over in any car.

Good luck with that! I'm sure there is much more to the story than what you have posted here.
I have 13 Nissan's in my company fleet and have had Nissan fleet cars for the last 12 years, and they have been nothing but exceptional.
