WOW - talk about opening a can of worms

I like Mobile 1, I have friends that swear buy Royal Purple and even have one that won't use anything other then Castrol GT

as long as the oil you use meets or exceeds thOEM's original requirements, you should be good

Yup.

I've used mobile 1 in my old MP3, ran Royal purple in my MSP (won't run it now, has more sulfur than it use to), ran Sacher's oil in my MS6. I'll let the dealer do them in the Cube so what ever the dealer puts in is what my cube will get.

Nothing wrong with synthetic. If I was doing my own oil changes I would probably run Mobile 1 or Castrol. Sure not a "true" synthetic, but still good oil. But with just being my DD, I'll run regular dino oil. I'll leave the expensive oil for the play toy.

Um seriously? Synthetic oil hands down is better oil then any and all Dino oil. Research research research please. Don't take someones opinion on a forum (never know who, ages, experience, etc people have) and when it comes to oil. It's not something to trust whatever.

As I stated on the cube forum. I use nothing but valoline full synthetic oil. Quality oil, can be had for $25 at walmart for a 5 qt jug. On top take the time to register your oil changes online and they give you a 300,000 mile engine warrenty. Actual no bs warrenty if anything that oil touches fails in the motor.

And why the f synthetic Comment? Just wondering your personal disagreement with synthetic oil?
