No Outside (Ambient) Temperature Display?

Hi,

I just bought a new 2010 Cube 1.8S and noticed that the outside ambient temperature display in the dash cluster is not showing. Can someone tell me if the 2010 Cube 1.8S is supposed to have the temperature showing in the dash cluster? Most other cars I have seen have the outside temperature indicated in the dash.

If it's not a standard option on the 1.8S, does anyone know if it can be added as an option?

It is standard on the SL and is included with the following packages

Part of 20-color Interior Accent Lighting Option, Interior Illumination Package, Ginormous Package or 1.8 S Krōm™ Edition

Part of Illuminated Kick Plates Option, Interior Illumination Package or Ginormous Package

Hummmm....... Well, I didn't get any of those packages with my Cube 1.8S. Do you know if it's possible to add the outside temperature option after delivery? I'm not particularly interested in the other stuff in those packages, just the temperature display.

I don't know if it is available as a stand alone option. You might want to check with your dealer on that.

We just purchased a new 2010 S and it has illuminated kick plates, but the ambient temp does not show either. So, I am supposed to have this if I have illuminated kick plates? where can I find this info to take back to the dealer?

My dealer said only the SL's have the outside temp and that it cannot be added

That is true you can not get it added on all. we get it only on SL's. well solearybrown is correct.
