Actually, just read the review. They're test driving the Krom and hence the accent lights.

In the U.S. it's called the "Interior Illumination Package" -- the 20-color interior accent lighting and the illuminated kick plates are in this package. It's an option in the U.S., except on the Krom, it's included.

The accent lights also come in a package called the "Ginormous Package".

Yes, the first thing to check is to look for the little button down by the shifter and then see if it's turned ON!
