I'm just about to buy a cube but I was just wondering what people's experiences have been when it comes to after sales service? I've heard that it is not very good? My friend went with the alloy wheel upgrade and his rims started to peel after 8000kms and they wouldn't do anything about it.
Any other stories, good or bad would be great.

Maybe he used the wrong Wheel Cleaner on them or Pressure washed too close. I never had a wheel peel on it's own. I have not been to the dealer yet. But I'm going to say each service facility will be different. One bad service experience does Lower the bar for the Cube or other dealers around the country. If you want to buy a CUBE...buy it. Maybe your dealer will set the standard for quality work and warranty. You'll have to see how it goes. Research your potential Dealer's service department. Perhaps you can find some online reviews.
