nissan renault explorer

i want to fond the renault and nissan explorer, but i find it in many company , it doesn't have it in stock , now , a company email me that they have a new tool :renault nissan key prog , that have the functions of renault nissan explorer.
but can i trust this tool? if anyboday have use it ?
