The SR20 in the G20 is not the same as the one in the Pulsar GTi-R/Sunny GTi-R. Differences lie in the rotating assembly. The SR20 that is desirable is the Blacktop "Valve Timing" variant from the S15 Silvia Spec R or the one from the Pulsar because it has Individual throttle bodies in stock form.
Because the 2 front widows are near vertical, they act like mirrors and I am getting reflections off them while driving.
From my sitting position the driver's window is reflecting thru the windshield to the right side of the car. With my peripheral vision I see whatever is on the right passing by me on the left window.
Could additional window tinting decrease these reflections? Those that do tinting say to try it. Of course it's good business for them.
It has become very distracting when the light is right.
Please advise.

All it takes is money, everything is possible.
I didnt say it was and yes there is a lot of different one's but my post was to give some quick examples of Front drive cars with sr20's. The Pulsar Gti-R is Awd but its prolly the best start since the motor sits the way it does in a U.S. spec cube. Personally I wouldnt attempt the swap on a car that is supposed to be a daily. Because its illegal to put a motor older that the car in as a swap, plus because of emmisions. And of course with enuff time a money it could be done but for that kind of money to could have your stock motor built up for turbo, and you could have a turbo kit made for that kinda dollar. But I am sure somebody is going to do it.
BTW I'm not sure if they made a Throttle by wire version of the SR20. See I know everyone here is going to have a huge urge to suggest using the sr20s in cubes. The fact of the matter is UNLESS your rocking a B13/B14/S chassis car FORGET IT, you will have ECU issues, you will have to convert to cable throttle, return fuel system, let alone dealing with Canbus (no SR20 ecus are compatable with it. The car is wired for it and the dash cluster/sensors are all wired to it. Your car wouldn't function without it. Besides the QR is a superior motor. SR20 with bolt ons tops out @150whp and ~140ft/lb STOCK QRS make ~150whp and 160ftlb with much more torque. A lot of poeple said the QR was a weak motor when it came out, but I hate to break it to those guys but there are droves of guys rocking 12+psi turbo setups and hitting high 300WHP EASILY, on stock internals, with just a fuel pump, and safcII and a widband to tune.
Your going to have WAY too much stuff to do for it to be cost effective let alone work. This is what I am going to investigate doing: I am buying my cube with the 6spd maual, in theory the CVT would work as well(would have to be the MR20 or later QR25 from an altima).
I have a front clip from a 05 specv including the six speed manual, and ecu. I am going to compare a lot of parts, The ECU, the six speed trannie (final drive), and the subframe. What I would want to do is use as much from that Spec-v front clip as possible (The ECU cluster is compatible with canbus) compare all of the sensors and check compatability. Then see if the swap is feasable with my front clip/swap it in and see how well it gets along. If not reapproach the problem with a 07+ altima front clip.
TechnosquareOsiris/UPrev already sells a reflash as well as tuning software that is compatable with this. QR25s with bolt-ons + cams(exhaust sprocket) + port/polish = greater than 175whp and 185ft/lb (this is what my car 02spec-v made without port and polish and without tuning) I'll get back to you on final numbers after I get re-dynoed. Now if the motor from the 02-06 won't work you have the slightly more expensive 07+ altimas and the like to delve into, at that point the Phlenonic manifold from the 07+ specvs are a good option to make it work how you want, BTW the newer altimas and the specvs have slightly higher compression ratios 10.1 vs 9.1. The IM and the ECU tuning are the only differences.

The Avenir or pulsar GTi-R are the only two SR20 swaps that will work in a front wheel drive car. I highly doubt anyone is going to convert this car to RWD if it is built on the same frame as a Sentra/versa.

Please let me know any information you find out, i too an interested in doing a qr25 swap, much thanks
